To fabricate our Magnum Opus, head salumiere Travis Gervasio took inspiration from his youth. Drawing upon his grandfather’s passion for innovative flavors, Travis recalled his grandfather’s desire for blending the flavors of heartland bourbon and Berkshire Bacon. Putting these ideas to work, Travis constructed this masterpiece through arduous trial and error. The result was his finest work, The Original Bourbon Bacon Salami, which was crafted as a once in a lifetime batch. This salami has gained praise from countless critics and identified itself within a monotone market.
